Return & Refund Policy

At [ Shopizec ], customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our acupressure slippers, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• With proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used footwear may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
